The Pipemodul solution has been used in over 4,000 projects since the 1990s. We complete over 200 projects annually. In addition to residential buildings, the modules have been used in public buildings such as schools, hotels, hospitals, day care centres and commercial buildings. The majority of reference projects are pipe renovations in apartment buildings and terraced houses. Projects often also include electrical and energy renovations, as electrical and telecommunications cables or pipes for heat recovery can be installed in the modules in addition to water and drainage pipes. Our modules are also used in new construction projects due to their many advantages.

They are located in various parts of Finland and Sweden, with the scope of deliveries ranging from individual modules to complete solutions for multiple buildings. balder, sweden
Balder has a large renovation need for the pipe systems in its property portfolio. Pipemodul supplies combination modules with domestic water and electrical cable reserve to the Långströmsgatan project, which consists of 26 properties with 24 apartments each approx 600 apartments in total.
Martinlaakso, finland
The Pipemodul solution was used to carry out the second phase of the pipe renovation at Asunto Oy Kukinkuja 4 in Martinlaakso, Vantaa. The buildings, constructed in 1975, consist of 7-storey blocks with 126 apartments and had previously undergone drain lining. The water pipes were now renewed in the stairwells using CE-marked modules and in the apartments using MDF modules.
uppsalahem, sweden
At Lyckebo outside Uppsala, domestic water pipes and heating pipes were replaced in 82 apartments across 13 building blocks consisting of apartment buildings and terraced houses. Pipemodul supplied pre-insulated MDF modules with 2 and 4 pipes. The main contractor was GK Rör.
HOTEL SCANDIC ROSENDAHL
På Scandic Rosendahl utfördes ett modulstambyte på rekordtid med Pipemodul®-metoden. Hotellet var i gång under hela stambytet, gjordes utan buller, med minimalt byggavfall och utan att gästerna stördes.
sweco
Sweco offers services including consultancy and project design through to inspection and surveying within HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, fire and system integration. Sweco uses Pipemodul’s products in its HVAC project design for both private and municipal housing companies.
